With this work I have tried to capture my dystopian vision of the future in a lovely dream landscape: at first sight nothing seems to be wrong: a man and woman are going to make love. However, my work is full of references of a changing world into an artificial environment. People are digitally connected instead of through an umbilical cord. I believe humanity will be sacrificed to technology. That's not a pity, it's just the way things are. I have put my work under water: while water is the beginning of all life, yet it look as if it's submerged … in a vat of formaldehyde. The aim of the work is to play with the unease felt by the audience and to turn it into a sense of curiosity.
